Specifically tailored to the FORD Transit – and to your SUNLIGHT: Blending perfectly into the dashboard, the XZENT X-F285 offers everything you could wish for in terms of navigation, entertainment and smart communication while you're on the road, specifically addressing the needs of motor homes and camper vans. You can enter vehicle-specific data (length, width, height, weight and trailer) in order to calculate the route precisely and adapt it accordingly to the circumstances (avoiding roads and bridges that are too narrow)..*2 It has the SUNLIGHT start screen on top, with the SUNLIGHT retail partner network integrated in the POI.

The XZENT X-F285 comes with a large, capacitive 9"/22.9 cm real glass touchscreen 1024 x 600 pixel display that you can use very easily, intuitively and safely even while you're driving. Connection to the steering wheel remote control is also possible at the same time.

We offer optional motor home navigation software with maps for 47 countries including 3 years of free map updates (item no. 3225751). The Camping P.O.I. package with approx. 20,000 destinations of interest and detailed information (multilingual in DE / EN / NL / IT / FR) is also included.

Among others, the infotainment package also comes with the following highlights: 

• A DAB+ twin tuner for top-quality mobile digital radio reception 

• Two USB 2.0 ports can be used for audio and video files and of course also for smartphones too 

• The XZENT X-F285 supports Apple CarPlay (all functions can be controlled via Siri or the large display) and the AndroidLink app is pre-installed. 

• In addition you can import up to 1000 phone book contacts, each with 3 phone numbers.

• The modern, easy-to-use Bluetooth 4.2 module impresses with its high voice quality (echo cancelling and noise suppression). 

• Besides the internal Bluetooth microphone, there's an input for an external microphone, which is included

• Has two cinch inputs (Cam1/Cam2) with switched power supply for connecting and controlling two camera systems with automatic switching function and auxiliary lines for improved distance estimation

Notes:

• Upgrade the unit to a motor home naviceiver with the optionally-available navigation map X-MAP27-SCE (not included) with special motor home software (no. 3225751).

• The X-F285 is not compatible with vehicles that have an original factory-fitted FORD unit (radio, naviceiver).

• Compatible as from model year 2019 with 1-DIN DAB/FM factory-fitted radio and FORD rod antenna
